Michael Awonon is a seasoned IT expert and development strategist with over two decades of experience in complex system design, digitalisation, and project management across Africa.
Holding a degree in Computer Engineering from SUPELEC Gasa Formation, he has led large-scale digital projects including national registration and vehicle identification systems for governments and regional bodies.
As IT Manager for CAFOR, he ensures the technological backbone for the coalition's continental mission — hosting, security, the African Learning Planet platform, and digital infrastructure for partners and learners.
